Terms of use
Using DigitalMenuKit means accepting these terms. We have kept them short; ask if any of it is unclear.
What the service is
A tool for building your menu, producing QR and print output, and publishing at an address of your own. We make no promise about where your menu ranks on Google: the groundwork is ours, the ranking is Google’s.
Your account
Keeping your credentials safe is yours to do, and so is the access you hand to your staff. The staff screen cannot change prices or settings.
Subscription and cancellation
You build and preview your menu free; payment is asked for only when you publish. The subscription renews monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time: your menu stays up until the end of the period you paid for, does not renew after that, and the fee for that period is not refunded.
Your content
The accuracy of your prices, allergens and ingredients is yours; the venue is the one answerable to its guests. You confirm you have the right to use the images you upload.
What you may not do
Do not use the service to publish unlawful content, to impersonate somebody else’s business, or to deliberately strain the system. We can close an account that does.
Interruptions
We work to keep the service up, but we do not guarantee it is never down. Maintenance, a provider failure or an unforeseen fault can interrupt it. Our liability is limited to what you paid for that period.
Ending it
You can close your account whenever you like. We can close one for a serious breach of these terms, which takes the menu offline. You can export your data before closing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Wyoming, USA. If we change them we update the date at the foot of this page, and we email account holders about anything material.
