Create digital menu for restaurant online

By Tuğberk Can ÖzenPublished 5 November 20262 min read

TL;DRCreate digital menu for restaurant online by typing the dishes in the browser, or by importing the menu you already use. You do not need a website and you do not need an ordering app. The same list becomes a QR page, a print PDF and a page for each dish. Preview is free. Publishing is $29 a month or $199 a year per venue.

Do it from what you already have

Bring in a PDF up to 20 MB, a photo of the printed menu, a spreadsheet, or the page where the menu lives today. One import builds a draft of up to 150 items. Check every name and every price. The draft stays private until you publish. If you would rather start clean, pick one of six designs and type the sections yourself.

The menu creator is this same job under the other name people type. Turn a PDF menu into a QR code menu is the import. The product overview is the menu maker.

What online means here

Online means a guest opens the menu in the phone's browser from a code or a link. There is no app for them to install. Change a price and publish. The next scan shows the new price. The code you already printed does not change. A PDF for the paper menu is a fresh download when you want the sheet to match.

Each dish can have its own address, with the name and the price as text. A search engine can read that. A ranking is not a promise, and neither is an assistant recommending the restaurant. We do not sign in to Google. You paste the menu link yourself. The steps are in how to add the menu link.

Before you publish

Open the preview on a phone and read it the way a guest would. Fix a price that imported wrong. Add allergen marks where the dish needs them. The US note on what to write is allergen labels on a restaurant menu, and it is not legal advice. Languages are not detected from the phone. You write or paste them, from 62 content languages, and the guest picks.

When the preview is the menu you would hand over, publish. The plan is $29 a month or $199 a year, $149 less than twelve months at the monthly price. No setup fee, no charge per scan, no trial. The longer setup is a digital menu for restaurants.
